Cummins 6.7L Holset Front Gear Turbo Provides:

JASPER® 100% installs a cleaning port in the Cummins 6.7L turbo. This allows periodic cleaning of the turbine housing and nozzle ring to prevent soot build-up and increase longevity.
100% installation of stainless steel cup plugs prevents corrosion and leaking.
Actuators are remanufactured and calibrated for optimal performance and function of the VGT mechanism.
JASPER performs component balancing to ensure the highest quality product.
Turbine shafts are balanced individually and with the compressor wheel attached, before being assembled in the housing.
High-Speed Core Balancer spins the center section at 70,000 RPM to ensure correct balance, assembly, and integrity of rotating assembly at operational speeds.
Turbine shafts and bearing housings are inspected with a profilometer to ensure an RA surface finish of 35 or less to verify a smooth surface and reduce friction.
